This was a lovely, healthy post-yoga thirst quencher. I never knew about or noticed aloe juice before, but now that I’ve bought it, i see it on all the health food store shelves. Apparently it’s beneficial for immune and digestive health. It doesn’t have the greatest flavor in the world, but it was good mixed in with the apricot. I omitted the simple syrup and just added a little more apricot juice. It was plenty sweet, and who needs more agave?!
